花 纹钢板也称网纹钢板，是其表面具有菱形或突棱的钢板。花纹钢板由于其表面有突棱，有防滑作用，可用作地板、厂房扶梯、工作架踏板、船舶甲板、汽车底板等。 花纹钢板的规格以基本厚度(突棱的厚度不计)表示，有2.5-8毫米10种规格。花纹板钢板用1- 3号乙类普通碳素结构钢轧制，化学成分符合GB700《普通碳素结构钢技术条件》的规定。

不 锈钢的定义是在空气中或化学腐蚀介质中能够抵抗腐蚀的一种高合金钢，不锈钢是具有美观的表面和良好的耐腐蚀性能，不必经过镀色等表面处理，而发挥不锈钢所 固有的表面性能,使用于多方面的钢铁的一种，通常称为不锈钢。代表性能的有13铬钢，18-铬镍钢等高合金钢。 　　
　　从金相学角度分析，因为不锈钢含有铬而使表面形成很薄的铬膜，这个膜隔离开与钢内侵入的氧气起耐腐蚀的作用。

316和316L不锈钢
316和317不锈钢（317不锈钢的性能见后）是含钼不锈钢种。317不锈钢中的钼含量略高明于316不锈钢.由于钢中钼，该钢种总的性能优于 310和304不锈钢，高温条件下，当硫酸的浓度低于15％和高于85％时，316不锈钢具有广泛的用途。316不锈钢还具有良好的而氯化物侵蚀的性能， 所以通常用于海洋环境。
316L不锈钢的最大碳含量0.03,可用于焊接后不能进行退火和需要最大耐腐蚀性的用途中。

合 金工具钢的淬硬性、淬透性、耐磨性和韧性均比碳素工具钢高，按用途大致可分为刃具、模具和量具用钢3类。其中碳含量高的钢（碳质量分数大于0080%）多 用于制造刃具、量具和冷作模具，这类钢淬火后的硬度在HRC60以上，且具有足够的耐磨性；碳含量中等的钢（碳质量分数0.35%~0.70%）多用于制 造热作模具，这类钢淬火后的硬度稍低，为HRC50~55,但韧性良好。　
　　（一）刃具用钢
刃具在工作条件下产生强烈的磨损并发热，还 有震动和承受一定的冲击负荷。刃具用钢应具有高的硬度、耐磨性、红硬性和良好的韧性。为了保证其具有高的硬度，满足形成合金碳化物的需要，钢中碳质量分数 一般在0.80%~1.45%。铬是这类钢的主要合金元素，质量分数一般在0.50%~1.70%，有的钢还含有钨，以提高切削金属的性能。这类工具钢因 含有合金元素，因此淬透性比碳素工具钢好，热处理产生的变形小，具有高的硬度和耐磨性。常用的钢类有铬钢、硅铬钢和铬钨锰钢等。

一 定义
弹簧钢是指由于在淬火和回火状态下的弹性，而专门用于制造弹簧和弹性元件的钢。钢的弹性取决于其弹性变形的能力，即在规定的范围之内，弹性变形的能力使其承受一定的载荷，在载荷去除之后不出现永久变形。
弹 簧钢应具有优良的综合性能，如力学性能(特别是弹性极限、强度极限、屈强比)、抗弹减性能(即抗弹性减退性能，又称抗松弛性能)、疲劳性能、淬透性、物理 化学性能(耐热、耐低温、抗氧化、耐腐蚀等)。为了满足上述性能要求，弹簧钢具有优良的冶金质量(高的纯洁度和均匀性)、良好的表面质量(严格控制表面缺 陷和脱碳)、精确的外形和尺寸。

一 定义
不锈钢是指在大气、水、酸、碱和盐等溶液，或其他腐蚀介质中具有一定化学稳定性的钢的总称。一般来讲，耐大气、蒸汽和水等弱介质腐蚀的钢称为不锈钢，而将 其中耐酸、碱和盐等侵蚀性强的介质腐蚀的钢称为耐蚀钢，或耐酸钢。不锈钢具有不锈性，但不一定耐蚀，而耐蚀钢则一般都具有较好的不锈性。
不锈钢具有良好的耐腐蚀性能是由于在铁碳合金中加入铬所致。尽管其他元素他，如铜、铝、以及硅、镍、钼等也能提高钢的耐腐蚀性能，但没有铬的存在这些元素 的作用就受到了限制。因此，铬是不锈钢中最重要的元素。具有良好耐腐蚀性能的不锈钢所需的最低铬含量取决于腐蚀介质。美国钢铁协会？(AISI)以 4%铬作为划分不锈钢与其他钢的界限。日本工业标准JIS G 0203中规定，所谓不锈钢即是以提高耐腐蚀性能为目的而含有铬或铬镍的合金钢，一般铬含量约大于11%。德国DIN标准和欧洲标准EN10020规定不 锈钢的铬含量不小于10.5%，碳含量不大于1.2%。我国一般将不锈钢的铬含量定为不小于12%。

氮化钢（渗氮钢）
适合于氮化（或渗氮）工艺的钢种，称氮化钢或渗氮钢。一般狭义而言，是指专门为渗氮零件设计、冶炼、加工的一种特殊钢种。其典型代表为38CrMoAL。
氮 化钢制作的机器零件，经氮化处理后，能获得极高的表面硬度、良好的耐磨性、高的疲劳强度和较低的缺口敏感性、一定的抗腐蚀能力、高的热稳定性，氮化处理用 于处理某些在较高温度工作的耐磨零件或精密零件，如内燃机曲轴、汽缸套和汽阀、镗床的主轴和主轴套、精密齿轮和业密机床丝杆等。
