2 PCD刀具后刀面错位熨压规律试验
- 后角对错位熨压效果的影响
- 试验条件:
- 机床:CM0420M/2型精密仪表车床
- 刀具:直线刃PCD刀具(韩国刀片),颗粒度20µm ,g0=0°,主偏角Kr=10°,副偏角Kr'=10°,修光刃长度Lf=0.4mm,q=5°,前刀面粗糙度Rag=0.015µm,后刀面粗糙度Raa=0.08µm,1#刀a0=5°,2#刀a0=8°,3#刀a0=12°,4#刀a0=15°
- 工件材料:LY12
- 切削条件:主轴转数n=1795r/min,切削深度ap=10µm,进给量f=3,5,7,9,15,25µm/r,乙醇切削液
- 测量仪器:FORM TALYSURF形状轮廓仪
- 试验结果:见图4,图中纵坐标Raw为工件表面粗糙度,曲线(1)~(4)分别为1#~4#刀的切削结果(以下皆同)
- 由图4可见,后角越小的PCD刀具切削后获得的工件表面粗糙度值越小,说明后刀面错位熨压效果越好。

- 刀具:直线刃PCD刀具(上海硅酸盐研究所刀片),颗粒度15µm,g0=0°,a0=10°,Kr=K r'=10°,Lf=0.2mm,q=5°, 1#刀Rag= 0.037µm,Raa=0.019µm,2#刀Rag=0.038µm,Raa=0.032µm,3#刀Rag= 0.040µm,Raa=0.140µm,4#刀Rag=0.038µm,Raa=0.563µm
- 工件材料:LY12
- 切削条件:n=1000r/min,ap=5µm,f=3,5,7,9,15,25µm/r,烃基冷却液喷雾冷却
- 测量仪器:FORM TALYSURF形状轮廓仪
- 试验结果:见图5
- 由图5可见,1#刀切削后得到的Raw值较小,4#刀切削后得到的Raw值较大,说明Raa越小时后刀面错位熨压效果越好。

- 由图6可见,在其它条件相同的情况下,后刀面刃磨纹理不同,其切削效果亦不相同,4#刀的切削效果最差,1#刀的切削效果最好,即随着q减小,工件表面粗糙度值减小,PCD刀具后刀面错位熨压效果越好。
