1 注射成型机
*请用光学镜片用注射机制造
*螺旋温度可调整270度以上
*请按制品的容量选择有着适当能力的注射机。
如果使用太大的注射机的话, 恐怕引起树脂的劣化。
*推荐采用FUＬＬＦLIＧＨＴ型(就普通的刀刃形状), 带防逆流阀的螺旋
因为APEL对可塑化时的剪切应力不强, 所以混练不要太强。
2 模具设计
*请设计APEL的成型收缩率为0。6%
*推荐模具温度可保持130度左右。
这样可以提高复制性
*浇口, 流道, 浇道的设计与一般的树脂一样
*推荐采用冷流道
热流道可成为引起树脂焦烧等缺点的原因
3 成型方法
* 请先进行预备干燥
110~120度 x 4~5小时
*在加工其他树脂后用APEL的时候, 必须进行清除彻底。
树脂污染成为外观缺点的原因
*推荐使用在市场上卖的清除剂或均匀(Homo)PP进行清除
