Un alesatore è uno strumento usato per allargare i fori ed è usato in metalmeccanica: è di forma cilindrica, a volte con il tratto iniziale conico per facilitarne l'imboccatura, per la finitura di fori. Si può presentare sotto diverse forme con lame perpendicolari od elicoidali.

A rigore questo strumento andrebbe chiamato alesatoio, mentre alesatore sarebbe l'operatore che effettua operazioni di alesatura, ma è d'uso corrente chiamare alesatore anche lo strumento.

Può essere usato come attrezzo manuale o come parte di una macchina. Nei macchinari industriali solitamente la parte di fissaggio nel mandrino seguirà una sagoma standard, mentre negli attrezzi portatili è di solito a sezione quadrata per essere alloggiata tra le staffe di fissaggio scorrevoli.

Un alesatore tipico consiste in una serie di lame taglienti diritte o elicoidali lungo la lunghezza del corpo cilindrico, anche se per diametri maggiori si usano strumenti (chiamati Portautensili) in grado di alloggiare sul diametro inferiore piccoli inserti (Taglienti) in materiale ceramico duro (come il Widia). Ogni lama è leggermente inclinata, e ha un piccolo spazio cavo sotto il filo: questi accorgimenti servono a rimuovere rapidamente i trucioli e la polvere, evitando che vadano a incastrarsi sulla superficie di taglio rovinando l'utensile. Le punte da alesatura devono essere molto dure, per non consumarsi con l'uso, e molto resistenti e tenaci, per evitare fratture dovute alle forze in gioco durante le lavorazioni: solitamente sono realizzate in acciai speciali o acciaio rapido, ma ce ne sono anche di leghe migliori.

L'alesatore è pensato per rimuovere solo una piccola quantità di materiale, non per forare da pieno (come farebbe una punta da trapano): questo assicura una vita più lunga all'utensile e una tolleranza migliore.

La spirale delle lame può essere in senso orario o antiorario a seconda dell'uso. Ad esempio, un alesatrice manuale con un'utensile a spirale oraria tenderà a fare presa troppo rapidamente, sforzando l'utensile e portando ad una conseguente rottura. Una spirale di senso antiorario è quindi preferita nonostante sia più faticoso far girare l'utensile in senso orario.

Un alesatore regolabile a mano può coprire una piccola gamma di dimensioni. Sono generalmente indicate da una lettera che equivale all'intervallo di dimensione. Le lame mobili scorrono lungo una guida: stringendo o allentando due dadi sulla barra filettata allarga il posizionamento delle lame allargandone o diminuendone il diametro. Trattandosi di lame lineari e non elicoidali, questo utensile può essere usato solo per lavori leggeri, su materiali morbidi e con spessori minimi, mantenendo comunque una certa tendenza a vibrare. Non possono essere usati su fori troppo irregolari, perché altrimenti i movimenti causati da una lama che colpisce un'imperfezione sposterebbero le altre lame, generando dei segni e rendendo imprecisa, e quindi inutile, l'alesatura.

Alesatore diritto (di precisione) [modifica]

Un alesatore diritto è utilizzato per creare dei piccoli allargamenti in un foro. La parte anteriore della punta ha una leggera inclinazione di lunghezza variabile, che auto-centra lo strumento sul foro preesistente. Dietro la parte inclinata il resto dello strumento avrà diametro costante.

I fori alesati sono usati per creare fori con circolarità e dimensione precisi. Questo permette di usare i fori per alloggiarvi ad esempio dei perni, che rimarranno incastrati senza bisogno di essere fissati o saldati. In altri casi i fori vengono alesati abbastanza larghi in modo da lasciare ai perni la possibilità di essere smontati senza difficoltà. Questo tipo di lavorazione è comune nell'unione delle semiparti dei motori boxer e da motocicletta: dopo aver unito le due metà, il complesso risultante viene rettificato (usando quello che è a tutti gli effetti un grosso alesatore) e in seguito smontato per l'assemblaggio delle altre parti meccaniche

Un altro uso dei fori alesati di precisione è l'inserimento di particolari tipi di bulloni autofilettanti usati per sostituire i vecchi rivetti nelle operazioni di messa in sicurezza sismica degli edifici.

Un alesatore a mano ha una parte iniziale più lunga (lead in, o mordente) rispetto ad un alesatore da macchina. Questo serve a compensare la difficoltà di iniziare l'alesaggio, che richiederebbe uno sforzo difficilmente trasferibile con la sola forza delle mani. Inoltre rende più facile entrare diritti nel foro, e riduce il rischio di rottura. Gli alesatori di precisione manuali sono dotati di lame diritte o di eliche a spirale.

Le punte da alesatura per macchine utensili (alesatrici o fresatrici) hanno un lead-in molto ridotto: poiché il pezzo e la punta sono preallineati dalla macchina, non c'è rischio di mancare la centratura del foro. Inoltre la macchina può cominciare subito la lavorazione trasferendo una forza costante. Le lame da macchina sono sempre spiraliformi, per permettere la rimozione automatica delle polveri generate in gran quantità. Spesso su materiali duri o particolarmente tenaci si utilizzano dei lubrificanti per raffreddare la punta, rendere più facile la passata e trattenere il pulviscolo più sottile.

Alesatore a rosa [modifica]

Negli alesatori a rosa le lame si trovano al di sotto dell'ingombro cilindrico delimitato dal gambo. Hanno solitamente poche lame di grosse dimensioni, dato che il loro compito principale è quello di sgrossare il foro prima della finitura di precisione.

Alesatore a conchiglia [modifica]

Gli alesatori a conchiglia sono progettati per le lavorazioni su ingranaggi e cuscinetti a sfere. Portano da 8 a 14 lame che corrono su tutta la lunghezza del corpo dell'alesatore.

Le punte da alesatura coniche di precisione sono usate per realizzare dei fori a diametro variabile per l'alloggiamento di perni conici. I perni conici vengono usati per la costruzione di assemblaggi autobloccanti: il perno cilindrico entra nel foro conico fino ad arrivare a forzare sulle pareti e a incastrarsi. In seguito può essere rimosso solo con martello e uno scalpello a punta. Gli alesatori sono numerati con una sequenza numerica che deve essere uguale a quella dei perni usati: un foro fatto con una punta n. 4 potrà adattarsi solo ad un perno n. 4 Questo tipo di fissaggi è usato molto negli assemblaggi di precisione in aeronautica per la costruzione aerei o per l'assemblaggio delle strutture dei deltaplani. In caso di sostituzione, il foro deve essere ri-alesato e i perni devono essere sostituiti con altri di dimensioni maggiori.

Esistono sia per macchine utensili che per morsa alesatrice manuale o attrezzi portatili (con fissaggio quadrato, quindi).

Alesatore conico (non di precisione) [modifica]

Gli alesatori conici sono usati anche per lavori più semplici, come la pulizia delle bave di foratura (il metallo che si accumula sul bordo), o per il leggero allargamento dei fori. L'attrezzo viene inserito finché il diametro non coincide con quello del foro, dopodiché si comincia la lavorazione (solitamente rapida). Questo tipo di alesatori consiste in un corpo solitamente di diametro inferiore al centimetro, con una maniglia ottenuta piegando o saldando a croce una barretta sulla parte posteriore, per permettere una impugnatura salda e la trasmissione di forza notevoli. Si usa solitamente per metalli morbidi, come alluminio, rame o ferro.

Différents types d'alésoirs.

Un alésoir est un outil de coupe semblable à un foret. Il permet de calibrer avec précision un trou cylindrique (alésage) ébauché à l'aide d'un foret. Contrairement au foret qui enlève le métal à son extrémité, l'alésoir possède des lèvres longitudinales (rectilignes ou hélicoïdales) parfaitement affûtées qui enlèvent le métal en augmentant très légèrement le diamètre du trou.

L'alésoir est utilisé manuellement par l'ajusteur ou sur une aléseuse, machine-outil spécialisée pour le perçage et l'alésage. Pour faire tourner manuellement un alésoir on utilise un tourne-à-gauche.

Un alésoir de chaudronnier est un outil permettant de réaliser des trous bien calibrés dans de la tôle fine. Il possède plusieurs lèvres et a une forme conique permettant de réaliser des diamètres variés (de 6 à 9 millimètres, par exemple).

请问一下65Mn和60Si2Mn回火后硬度是多少,(均为钢板),它们的淬火加热温度和回火温度是多少?



这要看锰钢的交货状态是否在淬火状态或退火状态,锰钢的最大特点并不是硬度的大小而是其弹性的优越程度,一般来说锰钢是做弹簧或汽车弓字板的最佳材料。在淬火状态下要比铁刀和普通钢稍硬。 锰钢分中碳锰钢和高碳锰钢。
中碳锰钢一般用于弹簧钢,例如65Mn,HRC60--62
高 碳锰钢一般用于耐磨,例如ZGMn13.此钢经水韧处理后,为残余奥氏体组织,韧性好,但硬度不高。但在强烈冲击,磨损情况下,残余奥氏体组织 转变为马氏体,表面产生强烈的冷做硬化,硬化层磨损后,露出的新表面又会产生新的硬化层。因此此钢恶劣条件下极其坚韧耐磨,正常条件却表现不好。用于钢轨 道岔,铲车铲头等。

钢刀硬度看钢的含碳量,随含碳量升高,从HRC40--HRC64。

65Mn经下贝氏体(既硬又韧)淬火后,HRC52-55,对付软钢,有色金属,可以削铁如泥.轧钢厂切割H型钢,钢管的锯片,即该材料,用的马氏体淬火+回火,硬度HRC>55。

锰钢与同等碳量碳钢硬度优势不大,淬透性和强度好一些。

65Mn,优质碳素钢,最后热处理为淬火和回火;其强度较高,淬透性较大,脱碳倾向小,但有过热敏感性,易出现淬火裂纹,并有回火脆性。在退火状态下切削加工性尚好;焊接性好,冷变形塑性低。硬度可以上到60HRC。
60Si2Mn(或60硅2锰),表示平均碳含量(C)为0.6%;含硅量约为2%,含锰量小于1.5%. 合金工具钢 合金工具钢...淬火,回火后,常用于制造能承受震动,冲击,并且在硬度适中情况下有较好韧性的工具,如凿子,冲头,木工工具,大锤等

Se llama escariado a una operación de mecanizado que se realiza para conseguir un acabado fino y de precisión en agujeros que han sido previamente taladrados con broca a un diámetro ligeramente inferior.

Se denomina escariador a una herramienta manual de corte que se utiliza para conseguir agujeros pulidos y de precisión cuando no es posible conseguirlos con una operación de taladrado normal. Los escariadores normalizados se fabrican para conseguir agujeros con tolerancia H7, y con diámetros normales en milímetros o pulgadas.

  • La mayoría de escariadores son cilíndricos, pero también existen escariadores cónicos y para dimensiones especiales existen escariadores extensibles, que permiten escariar agujeros a otras dimensiones fuera de las normales.

  • Antes de pasar un escariador por un agujero, tiene que haber sido taladrado previamente, dejando un espesor pequeño para remover con el escariador. Este espesor depende del diámetro que tenga el agujero y del material que tenga la pieza donde está situado el agujero.

A reamer or ream is a tool used in machining to enlarge holes. Reamers are used mostly in the metalworking areas of machining. They may be used as hand tools or in the spindles of machine tools such as milling machines or drill presses.

[edit] Overview of design and function

[edit] Reamer body

A typical reamer consists of a set of parallel straight or helical cutting edges along the length of a cylindrical body. Each cutting edge is ground at a slight angle and with a slight undercut below the cutting edge. Reamers must combine both hardness in the cutting edges, for long life, and toughness, so that the tool does not fail under the normal forces of use. They should only be used to remove small amounts of material. This ensures a long life for the reamer and a superior finish to the hole.

The spiral may be clockwise or counter-clockwise depending on usage. For example, a tapered hand reamer with a clockwise spiral will tend to self feed as it is used, possibly leading to a wedging action and consequent breakage. A counter-clockwise spiral is therefore preferred even though the reamer is still turned in the clockwise direction.

[edit] Shank types (drive types)

For production machine tools, the shank type is usually one of the following: a standard taper (such as Morse or Brown & Sharpe), a straight round shank to be held by a collet, or a straight round shank with a flat for a set-screw, to be held by a solid toolholder. For hand tools, the shank end is usually a square drive, intended for use with the same type of wrench used to turn a tap for the cutting of screw threads.

[edit] Why ream? Why not just drill to size?

The geometry of a hole drilled in metal by a twist drill may not be accurate enough (close enough to a theoretically true cylinder of a certain precise diameter) and may not have the requisitely smooth surface finish for certain engineering applications. Although modern twist drills can perform excellently in many cases—usually producing sufficiently accurate holes for most applications—sometimes the stringency of the requirements for the hole's geometry and finish necessitate two operations: a drilling to slightly undersize, followed by reaming with a reamer. The planned difference between the drill diameter and the reamer diameter is called an allowance. (It allows for the removal of a certain small amount of material.) Drilling followed by reaming generally produces hole geometry and finish that is as close to theoretical perfection as possible. (The other methods of hole creation that approach nearest to perfection under certain conditions are boring [especially single-point boring] and internal cylindrical grinding.)

An adjustable hand reamer can cover a small range of sizes. They are generally referenced by a letter which equates to a size range. The disposable blades slide along a tapered groove. The act of respectively tightening and loosening the restraining nuts at each end varies the size that may be cut. The absence of any spiral in the flutes restricts them to light usage (minimal material removal per setting) as they have a tendency to chatter. They are also restricted to usage in unbroken holes. If a hole has an axial split along it, such as a split bush or a clamping hole, each straight tooth will in turn drop into the gap causing the other teeth to retract from their cutting position. This also gives rise to chatter marks and defeats the purpose of using the reamer to size a hole.

[edit] Straight reamer (precision)

A straight reamer is used to make only a minor enlargement to a hole. The entry end of the reamer will have a slight taper, the length of which will depend on its type. This produces a self centering action as it enters the raw hole. The larger proportion of the length will be of a constant diameter.

Reamed holes are used to create holes of precise circularity and size, for example with tolerances of -0/+0.02mm(0.0008") This will allow the force fitting of locating dowel pins, which need not be otherwise retained in the body holding them. Other holes, reamed slightly larger in other parts, will fit these pins accurately, but not so tightly as to make disassembly difficult. This type of alignment is common in the joining of split crankcase halves such as are used in motorcycle motors and boxer type engines. After joining the halves, the assembled case may then be line bored (using what is in effect a large diameter reamer), and then disassembled for placement of bearings and other parts. The use of reamed dowel holes is typical in any machine design, where any two locating parts have to be located and mated accurately to one another - typically as indicated above, to within 0.02mm or less than 0.001".

Another use of reamed holes is to receive a specialized bolt that has an unthreaded shoulder - also called a sholder bolt. This type of bolt is commonly used to replace hot peened rivets during the seismic retrofit of structures.

A hand reamer has a longer taper or lead in at the front than a machine reamer. This is to compensate for the difficulty of starting a hole by hand power alone. It also allows the reamer to start straight and reduce the risk of breakage. The flutes may be straight or spiral.

A machine reamer only has a very slight lead in. Because the reamer and work piece are pre-aligned by the machine there is no risk of it wandering off course. In addition the constant cutting force that can be applied by the machine ensures that it starts cutting immediately. Spiral flutes are essential on a machine reamer to clear the swarf automatically.

A rose reamer has no relief on the periphery and is offset by a back taper to prevent binding. They are primarily used as roughing reamers.

Shell reamers are designed for reaming bearing and other similar items. They are fluted almost their whole length.

A precision tapered reamer is used to make a tapered hole to later receive a tapered pin. A taper pin is a self tightening device due to the slow angle of the taper. They may be driven into the tapered hole such that removal can only be done with a hammer and punch. They are sized by a number sequence (for example, a No.4 reamer would use No.4 taper pins). Such precision joins are used in aircraft assembly and are frequently used to join the two or more wing sections used in a sailplane. These may be re-reamed one or more times during the aircraft's useful life, with an appropriately oversized pin replacing the previous pin.

A morse taper reamer is used manually to finish morse taper sleeves. These sleeves are a tool used to hold machine cutting tools or holders in the spindles of machines such as a drill or milling machine. The reamer shown is a finishing reamer. A roughing reamer would have serrations along the flutes to break up the thicker chips produced by the heavier cutting action used for it.

A combination reamer has two or more cutting surfaces. The combination reamer is precision ground into a pattern that resembles the part’s multiple internal diameters. The advantage of using a combination reamer is to reduce the number of turret operations, while more precisely holding depths, internal diameters and concentricity. Combination reamers are mostly used in screw machines or second-operation lathes and not with Computer Numerical Control ( CNC ) machines because G-Code can be easily generated to profile internal diameters.

Combination reamers can be made out of cobalt, carbide, or high-speed tooling. When using combination reamers to ream large internal diameters made out of material with lower SFM , carbide tips can be brazed onto a configured drill blank to build the reamer. Carbide requires additional care because it is very brittle and will chip if chatter occurs. It is common to use a drill or combination drill to remove the bulk of material to reduce wear, or the risk of the part pulling off on the combination reamer.

[edit] Tapered reamer (non-precision)

A tapered reamer may be used cleaning burrs from a drilled hole, or to enlarge a hole. The body of the tool tapers to a point. This type of reamer consists of a body which, typically, is up to 1/2 inch in diameter, with a rod cross piece at the large end acting to form a handle. It is especially useful for working softer metals such as aluminum, copper, and mild steel. A similar tool can be seen on select Swiss Army knives, such as the Electrician model, to be used on conduit.

Often, hobby grade radio control cars need reamers to have the holes drilled for the mounting of the bodies. Although similar to metal reamers, radio control body reamers are small, and the tip is usually conic, with flue areas on each side to help create the holes.

Die Bohrung wird mit einem Spiralbohrer vorgearbeitet und dann mit der Reibahle auf das erforderliche Endmaß gebracht. Dabei werden typischerweise nur noch einige Zehntelmillimeter des Materials abgetragen. So können geforderte Passungen, zum Beispiel H7, gefertigt werden. Die erzielbare Toleranz liegt im Normalfall bei IT7. In Sonderfällen ist auch IT6 oder gar IT5 möglich. Mit dem Genauigkeitsgrad werden auch höhere Genauigkeiten an die Formtoleranzen eingehalten. Ein geriebenes Loch hat eine genauere Rundheit und weist eine höhere Zylindrizität auf.

Eine Reibahle sieht ähnlich aus wie ein Bohrer, die Schneiden sind jedoch zusätzlich zum Anschnitt auch am Umfang und nicht wie am Bohrer nur an der Spitze. Die Schneiden sind entweder gerade genutet oder spiralig wie bei einem Bohrer. Für Durchgangslochbohrungen bietet sich die entgegengesetzte Drallung, d.h. Linksdrallung an. Diese linksgedrallten Reibahlen heißen Schälreibahlen. Mit Hilfe dieser Linksdrallung werden die beim Reiben entstehenden Späne durch die Bohrung geschoben, so daß ein Zerkratzen der Bohrungsfläche durch Einklemmen von Spänen zwischen Bohrungswand und Umfangsschneide der Reibahle verhindert wird.

Bewährt haben sich vor allem Reibahlen mit gerader Zähnezahl und ungleicher Zahnteilung, da diese nicht rattern und das Messen erleichtert wird. Typische Durchmesser liegen zwischen 1 mm und 50 mm. Verstellbare Reibahlen als Sonderform der Reibahle sind nicht für ein bestimmtes Passungsmaß vorproduziert, sondern können für die Fertigung individueller Durchmesser eingestellt werden.

Eine weitere Sonderform der Reibahle ist die Kegelreibahle, die keine zylindrische Passung erzeugt, sondern gemäß der Konizität der Reibahle eine kegelige.

Schneidstoffe für Reibahlen können sein:

Man unterscheidet auch zwischen Maschinen- und Handreibahlen.

  • Handreibahlen haben zur besseren Führung einen langen Anschnitt und einen längeren Führungsteil. Am Schaftende befindet sich ein Vierkant zu Aufnahme des Windeisens.
  • Maschinenreibahlen haben einen kurzen Anschnitt und Führungsteil, da die Führung durch die Maschinenspindel erfolgt. Aufgrund des kurzen Anschnitts können mit der Maschinenreibahle auch Grundlöcher gerieben werden.

Výstružník s Morseovým kuželem

Výstružník s Morseovým kuželem

Výstružník je upínaný nástroj většinou z rychlořezné oceli, sloužící k přesnému opracování vyvrtaných nebo vyhrubovaných otvorů. Jeho pomocí lze vytvářet válcové nebo kuželovité otvory.

Při samotném vrtání nelze dosáhnout vysoké přesnosti. Při větší požadované přesnosti (třída přesnosti IT7 až IT5) se proto nejdříve vyvrtá menší otvor a ten se potom přesněji opracuje pomocí výstružníku. S jeho pomocí se odebere maximální vrstva 0,5 mm materiálu.

[editovat] Popis výstružníku

Výstružník je víceřezný nástroj se 4 až 18 řeznými hranami. Řezné hrany jsou rozmístěny s nepravidelnými odstupy, aby byl lépe dosažen přesný tvar otvoru.

Podle druhu obráběného materiálu jsou řezné hrany rovné nebo mají tvar šroubovice s úhlem stoupání 5° až 45°. Počet hran bývá sudý, což umožňuje snadné měření průměru.

Podle způsobu se výstružníky dělí na:

  1. ruční - mají dlouhou břitovou část pro lepší vedení v otvoru. Jeho stopka je zakončena čtyřhranem.
  2. strojní - má kratší břitovou část, upínací část může být:
    • válcová stopka
    • kuželová stopka - Morse kužel
    • válcový otvor - tzv. nástrčný výstružník pro větší průměry

Podle tvaru otvoru se výstružníky dělí na:

  1. válcové
  2. kuželovité
    • pro otvory na kolíky ve tvaru kužele s kuželovitostí 1:50
    • pro Morseovy kužely
    • pro metrické kužely

Větší otvory se vystružují pomocí souprav více výstružníků.

Podle konstrukce jsou výstružníky:

  1. jednolité
  2. nastavitelné - do tělesa výstružníku jsou upevněny jednotlivě nastavitelné břity
  3. s řeznými destičkami ze slinutých karbidů - pro vysoké řezné rychlosti a zvýšení odolnosti.

[editovat] Upínání výstružníků

Při upínání se používají tzv. volné vložky, kteé umožňují malý pohyb výstružníku kolmo k ose otáčení. Tak je výstružník veden předvrtaným otvorem, což vede k vyšší přesnosti obrábění.
