1 电镀镍
电镀是一种电化学过程，也是一种氧化还原过程。电镀镍是将零件浸入镍盐的溶液中作为阴极，金属镍板作为阳极，接通直流电源后，在零件上就会沉积出金属镍镀层。电镀镍的配方及工艺条件见表1。
电镀镍的工艺流程为：①清洗金属化瓷件；②稀盐酸浸泡；③冲净；④浸入镀液；⑤调节电流进行电镀；
⑥自镀液中取出；⑦冲净；⑧去离子水煮；⑨烘干。

电 镀镍的优点是镀层结晶细致，平滑光亮，内应力较小，与陶瓷金属化层结合力强。电镀镍的缺点是：①受金属化瓷件表面的清洁和镀液纯净程度的影响大，造成电 镀后金属化瓷件的缺陷较多，例如起皮，起泡，麻点，黑点等；②极易受电镀挂具和在镀缸中位置不同的影响，造成均镀能力差，此外金属化瓷件之间的相互遮挡也 会造成瓷件表面有阴阳面的现象；③对于形状复杂或有细小的深孔或盲孔的瓷件不能获得较好的电镀表面；④需要用镍丝捆绑金属化瓷件，对于形状复杂、尺寸较 小、数量多的生产情况下，需耗费大量的人力。
2 化学镀镍
化学镀镍又称无电镀或自催化镀，它是一种不加外在电流的情况下，利用还原剂在活 化零件表面上自催化还原沉积得到镍层，当镍层沉积到活化的零件表面后由于镍 具有自催化能力，所以该过程将自动进行下去。一般化学镀镍得到的为合金镀层，常见的是Ni-P合金和Ni-B合金。相较Ni-P合金而言，Ni—B合金的 熔焊能力更好，共晶温度高，内应力较小，是一种更为理想的化学镀镍方式。但本文着重讨论的是Ni-P合金镀层。

化学镀镍的工艺流程为：①清洗金属化瓷件；②去离子水冲洗；③活化液浸泡；④冲净；⑤还原液浸泡；⑥浸入镀液并不时调节pH值；⑦自镀液中取出；⑧冲净；⑨去离子水煮；⑩烘干。
化学镀镍的优点是不需要电流电源设备，厚度均匀致密，针孑L少，均镀性好，仿真能力强，能在复杂零件表面沉积，深镀能力强，抗蚀性能好，镀镍的速度快，镀层厚度可达10～50,um，镀层在烧氢后无起皮、镍泡等缺陷。
化学镀镍的缺点是①镀层为非晶态的层状结构，虽然进行热处理后，镀层结晶化，其层状结构逐渐消失，但是对陶瓷一金属封接件的抗拉强度有所降低；②镀液的成本高，寿命短，耗能大；③镀液对杂质敏感，需经常处理，因而使工艺的可操作性变的相对复杂。

3．1镀镍层厚度比较

3．3气密性
作 者曾在36．6×18．4 mm的陶瓷件上焊接30个0．8 mm的可伐针，焊接工艺为一次针封用Ag焊料，检漏合格后进行二次焊接(HlAgCu28焊料)，再度检漏合格后，将整个瓷封件置于-196～80℃的温 度下进行温度冲击，每次循环30 rain，次数10次，最终检漏以确定是否合格。在试验中发现针封处的金属化层在电镀后经常有局部的Ni层薄甚至没有镍层，而反复补镀后有些部位又呈现镍 色光亮，将该金属化瓷件经过镀后烧氢的工艺处理后镍色光亮部位出现起泡现象。将电镀镍的工艺改成化学镀镍后，统计整个封接件气密性的成品率数据见表6。

由 表7可知，化学镀镍工艺并不是尽善尽美的，但是该工艺所具有的均镀能力和深镀能力是电镀镍工艺所无法比拟的。目前，二次金属化用化学镀镍工艺已在美国和 韩国得到广泛使用，而在国内还仅限于印刷电路板和固体器件上的使用。相较两种工艺在抗拉强度，气密性等性能差别不大的情况下，针对电真空器件中日益复杂、 细小的瓷件结构，化学镀镍工艺应该逐步得到更广泛的推广使用。

Una herramienta es un dispositivo artificial cuya función es facilitar la aplicación de energía a una pieza o material durante la realización de una tarea.

Características de las herramientas [editar]

Las herramientas humanas son específicamente diseñadas y fabricadas para cumplir uno o más propósitos. Es decir, son artificiales (especialmente hechas) y tienen una función técnica.

Muchas herramientas, pero no todas, son combinaciones de máquinas simples que proporcionan una ventaja mecánica. Por ejemplo, una pinza es una doble palanca cuyo punto de apoyo está en la articulación central, la potencia es aplicada por la mano y la resistencia por la pieza que es sujetada. Un martillo, en cambio, sustituye un puño o una piedra por un material más duro, el acero, donde se aprovecha la energía cinética que se le imprime para aplicar grandes fuerzas.

Las herramientas pueden ser manuales o mecánicas. Las manuales usan la fuerza muscular humana mientras que las mecánicas usan una fuente de energía externa, por ejemplo la energía eléctrica.

Animales que usan y fabrican herramientas [editar]

Los seres humanos no son los únicos animales que usan herramientas. Hay otros primates, entre los que se destacan los chimpancés, que usan herramientas, sean piedras para cascar cocos o huevos, o palos para sacar insectos de sus nidos. También hay aves e insectos que usan objetos naturales para obtener con más facilidad o procesar sus alimentos.^[1]

Durante mucho tiempo se creyó que una de las principales diferencias entre la especie humana (por eso llamada a veces el homo faber) y las restantes especies animales era que sólo las personas podían inventar y fabricar herramientas. Esta creencia fue desmentida por los estudios hechos entre los años 2005 y 2006 por dos investigadores de la Universidad de Iowa, quienes descubrieron en Fongoli (Senegal) un grupo de chimpancés hembras que fabricaban lanzas para cazar pequeños monos.^[2][3]

Otros usos del término [editar]

Es frecuente usar el término herramienta, por extensión, para denominar dispositivos o procedimientos que aumentan la capacidad de hacer ciertas tareas. Tal es el caso de herramientas de programación, herramientas matemáticas o herramientas de gestión. Ésto frecuentemente viola la característica básica de las herramientas de ser medios para la aplicación controlada de energía.

A modern hammer is directly descended from ancient hand tools

A tool or device is a piece of equipment which typically provides a mechanical advantage in accomplishing a physical task. The most basic tools are simple machines. For example, a crowbar simply functions as a lever. The further out from the pivot point, the more force is transmitted along the lever. When particularly intended for domestic use, a tool is often called a utensil.

Philosophers once thought that only humans used tools, and often defined humans as tool-using animals. But observation has confirmed that multiple species can use tools, including monkeys, apes, several corvids, sea otters, and others. Later, philosophers thought that only humans had the ability to make tools, until zoologists observed birds^[1] and monkeys^[2][3][4] making tools.

Most anthropologists believe that the use of tools was an important step in the evolution of mankind.^[5] Humans evolved an opposable thumb - useful in holding tools - and increased dramatically in intelligence, which aided in the use of tools.^[6]

Some tools can also serve as weapons, such as a hammer or a knife. Similarly, people can use weapons, such as explosives, as tools.

Many tools or groups of tools serve to perform one or more of a set of basic operations, such as:

• Cutting (knife, scythe, sickle, etc...)
• Concentrating force (hammer, maul, screwdriver, whip, writing implements, etc...)
• Guiding (set square, straightedge, etc...)
• Protecting
• Seizing and holding (pliers, glove, wrench, etc...)

Often, by design or coincidence, a tool may share key functional attributes with one or more other tools. In this case, some tools can substitute for other tools, either as a make-shift solution or as a matter of practical efficiency. "One tool does it all" is a motto of some importance for workers who cannot practically carry every specialized tool to the location of every work task. Tool substitution may be divided broadly into two classes: substitution "by-design", or "multi-purpose" use, and substitution as make-shift. In many cases, the designed secondary functions of tools are not widely known. As an example of the former, many wood-cutting hand saws integrate a carpenter's square by incorporating a specially shaped handle which allows 90° and 45° angles to be marked by aligning the appropriate part of the handle with an edge and scribing along the back edge of the saw. The latter is illustrated by the saying "All tools can be used as hammers." Nearly all tools can be repurposed to function as a hammer, even though very few tools are intentionally designed for it.

• A Multitool is a hand tool that incorporates several tools into a single, portable device.
• Lineman's pliers incorporate a gripper and cutter, and are often used secondarily as a hammer.
• Hand saws often incorporate the functionality of the carpenter's square in the right-angle between the blade's dull edge and the saw's handle.

Use of tools started at the beginning of the Stone Age. Humans have made knives, among the oldest tools, since that time.^[5] Sophisticated tools have been used since the beginning of civilization.^[7]

Mechanical devices, though known to Alexandrian Greeks, experienced a major expansion in their use in the Middle Ages with the systematic employment of new energy sources: water (waterwheels) and wind (windmills).

Machine tools occasioned a surge in producing new tools in the industrial revolution. Advocates of nanotechnology expect a similar surge as tools become microscopic in size.^[8][9]
