銑床在加工時，無論是刀具或是機器上的機件都會有複雜的交變應力，銑床於使用一段時間之後，或許因為機器本身穩固性鬆動，或許因為機件磨損或變形而使其精密度產生偏差，舉例來說:刀桿夾持長度及偏擺太多，原兩刃的刀其實只有1刃在切削，等於刀具使用的時效，只剩1/2而已；夾持精度越高代表刀具在尾端擺動量越小，也因此使用者可輕易達到工件所要求之精度或面粗度；另外，主軸偏擺會產生離心力會導致刀具在加工時，機台會晃動外，只用到單邊進行銑削造成刀具會磨損的嚴重或工件損壞，而轉速進給也會使刀具磨損。因此，機器經過一段時間的使用之後，就必須實施所謂的定期保養，定期保養校正可以確保銑床的精度及加工的品質，有高品質的機器，才能加工出高品質的工件。

1. 銑床水平校正
   銑床的水平度不足，銑床操作時容易產生震動，並且銑床的床台也容易因受力不平均而產生變形。
2. 銑床床台進給精度校正
   床台即需不停的移動以達到切削進給的目的，因此，銑床經過一段時間的使用之後，床台進給機構的配合面會有或多或少的磨損，使床台進給機構的配合面間產生鬆動或是其水平度或垂直度產生偏差。因此，床台進給的平行度、垂直度等需定期的檢驗及調整，才能確保銑床加工的精確度。
3. 銑床主軸的偏轉度校正
   銑床在實際加工時，或因為銑床主軸偏心，或因為銑刀安裝偏差，銑刀轉動時，有產生偏轉的現象，銑刀如果產生偏轉，則銑床將大大的降低了加工的效率，因此，銑刀轉動時，其同心度是很重要的。銑床主軸正直度是影響銑刀偏轉的最重要因素，所以銑床需定期檢驗主軸旋轉的同心度，如果發現機器之主軸有偏轉情形，必須給予校正，以確保機器的加工效能。
4. 銑床床台進給刻度環校正
   銑床加工的工件都有一定的尺寸標準，銑床加工控制尺寸的方法是應用銑床進給刻度環，如果銑床進給刻度環有鬆脫或磨損時，將導致工件加工尺寸控制不準確的結果。所以銑床進給刻度環必須經常調整，使床台進給機構之間隙能保持最小的誤差值，以確保銑床加工尺寸有效的控制。

1. Vertical Type Super Mixer
   
   Characteristics:
   • This machine stirs the main axle by using oil pressure power which torsion is above 5 times than general pellet machines.
   • The resolver of the vertical type super mixer, which can save 10% than general mixer, may reduce the production cost and increase the economic efficiency.
   • The vertical type super mixer leaf and chopper both are located at the cover of barrel. The bottom of barrel is big arc shape and there is no dead space in the barrel. And it is designed in main and vice knife leaves, therefore it won’t have rub overheated of raw material and cause the nature change of the product.
   • The unity formation of knife leaf plus the special technology design can reach the good mix effect and reduce the air pollution.

鑽削後內孔一般都很粗糙，若在精密及光度上有較高的要求，降低其表面的粗糙度，通常需再 施予鉸孔加工，鉸孔工作所用的刀具即稱鉸刀。

鉸刀種類：

一般鉸刀：

• 手動鉸刀：用手工操作鉸刀鉸削工件者。
• 直柄機械鉸刀：鉸刀裝於工具機主軸鉸削工件者。
• 錐柄機械鉸刀：鉸刀裝於工具機主軸鉸削工件者，其柄為錐狀。

莫氏錐度鉸刀

可將內孔絞削為莫斯錐度面，從0號(錐度1 / 19.212) 到7號(1 / 19.231)。粗加工用者為使切屑 折斷，刀刃外圍附有溝槽。

錐坑鉸刀：

用以鉸削承接扁頭機械螺釘頭的承座面，以增進其光度與精度。

錐削鉸刀：

用以鉸削與錐度銷相配合的銷孔，其錐度值為1/50。

橋樑用鉸刀：

一般造船、橋樑等的鉚釘孔鉸削用的鉸刀，其刀端的倒角為8°~12°，其餘與一般鉸刀相同。

套殼鉸刀：

為使用於大孔鉸削用的鉸刀，其殼形鉸刀與刀軸部份分開。

附導桿鉸刀：

在鉸削很深的孔或鉸削孔與鉸刀有不對心的可能時，可使用附有導桿的鉸刀，配合精確的導套 ，即可引導刀刃作正確的鉸孔工作。

管子鉸刀：

用以鉸削管子接頭的內徑，使具有1/16 的錐度，以進一步攻製管螺紋用。

膨脹式鉸刀（擴張鉸刀）：

刀槽被切開，並在刀軸內部鑽孔、攻製內螺紋，且在開口處製成內錐孔，當附有外錐度直徑的 螺栓旋進刀軸內時，可藉錐度部份微量地膨脹鉸刀的外徑，一般的擴張量約0.01~0.3mm。當鉸刀磨損後，可將其 直徑擴大並重新研磨成原來直徑。

可調式鉸刀（活動鉸刀）：

由數枚刀片（一般為碳化物刀片）嵌裝於鉸刀本體上而製成，若將上下兩螺栓相對旋緊後，可 利用鉸刀本體內的錐度使直徑做更大幅度的調整，調整量可達4mm。 由於其端部有鎖緊螺絲，故不可用於末貫穿孔的鉸削。

刃槍管鉸刀：

對於深孔的鉸削，在排除切屑及潤滑冷卻上可得到較佳的效果。如同槍管鑽頭般，鉸刀內部具 有油孔，可引導高壓切削油到達刀刃部位，作適當的冷卻與潤滑，並有助於切屑的排除，以提高鉸孔精度。

鉸刀是用於孔的精加工和半精加工的刀具，加工餘量一般很小。鉸刀可用手動或裝在鑽床、車床、搪床等主軸上使用，在鉸削過程中，一般多為鉸刀一方面旋轉，一方面沿著軸向進給。鉸削生成的切屑量很小，故其切屑排出溝槽亦比鑽頭小。
