不锈钢的用途很广,切削加工的实例也很多,在这里仅举几个切削加工的实例,以供参考。

车 削:工件材料为1Cr18Ni9Ti,工件尺寸为Ø900 mm×720 mm。原用YG8硬质合金车刀,刀具几何参数g0=15°~18°,a0=6°~8°,kr=75°,ls=-5°~-8°;切削用量为Vc=28 m/min,ap=0.3~0.5 mm,f=0.16mm/r,精车一刀需刃磨28次车刀,且工件表面接刀痕十分明显。后改用YG8N硬质合金车刀,除将切削速度提高到42.4m/min 外,其他条件相同,精车一刀外圆,仅需磨刀5次,工件表面粗糙度Ra为3.2μm,接刀痕也不明显。

车螺纹:工件 材料为1Cr18Ni9Ti,螺纹规格为M20×2.5。原用YG8硬质合金,Vc=10 m/min,f=2.5 mm/r,ap=0.3~0.4 mm,刀具刃磨一次加工不了一件。改用813硬质合金,在Vc=36 m/min的条件下,可加工两件以上,效率和刀具耐用度可提高两倍以上。

铣 削:工件材料为Cr17Ni2,铣削平面,切削用量为Vc=90~100 m/min,ap=3~4 mm,af=0.15 mm/z。刀具为可转位端铣刀,刀具材料为YW4,刀具几何参数为g0=5°,a0=8°,kr=75°,ls=5°。刀具耐用度为41 min。

镗 孔:工件材料为1Cr18Ni9Ti,刀具材料原用YG6和YG10H硬质合金,刀具几何参数为g0=20°,a0=8°,kr=75°,ls=- 3°。切削用量为Vc=20 m/min,ap=3 mm,f=0.32mm/r。在相同的条件下,YG6的刀具耐用度为15 min,且不断屑而粘刀,YG10H的刀具耐用度为60 min,而且切削质量良好。
