3.4 X70针状铁素体型管线钢的开发与应用
西气东输管线工程贯穿我国东西，全长4,000 km，采用ø1016 mm口径焊管，工作压力 10MPa，选用具有高止裂性的针状铁素体组织特征的X70管线钢。针对西气东输用钢的具体要求，宝钢采用了超低碳含量、超低硫、Nb、V、Ti微合金化和控制组织的 Mo合金化的成分，通过超低碳、超低硫、夹杂物形态控制的纯净钢冶炼技术和控轧控冷热机械处理技术的热轧工艺，开发出具有高强度、高韧性和高止裂性的针状铁素体组织特征的X70管线钢。
分别为研制的 14．6 mm厚规格针状铁素体型X70管线钢和铁素体 + 珠光体型X70管线钢的成分和基本性能比较。以超低碳、含Mo设计的X70管线钢具有典型的针状铁素体组织，而碳含量相对较高的X70管线钢则主要为等轴铁素体和部分珠光体组织。两种成分管线钢板卷的抗拉强度相近，均满足制造X70大口径螺旋焊管的强度要求，而针状铁素体钢具有更低的碳含量、低的碳当量 Ceq和低的冷裂纹指数 Pcm，可使管线钢具有良好的焊接性能。在横向DWTT性能方面，针状铁素体X70管线钢85％FATT明显低于铁素体 + 珠光体的钢，表现出良好的抗低温动态撕裂能力。这均对保证大口径输气管的止裂性能具有重要作用。
为透射电镜分析的针状铁素体X70管线钢的精细结构，其中含大量细小的析出相和高密度位错，且位错与析出相交互作用。正是这种低碳高密度位错组织使宝钢开发的针状铁素体X70管线钢板卷具有高强度和高韧性。经3000t扩大批量的试生产稳定了成分和工艺。2001年8月-2002年5月宝钢已为西气东输管线工程提供了15万t14.6mm厚的针状铁素体X70管线钢板卷，用其制造的ø1016×14.6mm焊管已应用于西气东输管线工程。
4 结论
宝钢通过对高强度高韧性管线钢、具有抗HIC性能管线钢和大口径输气管线用厚规格的针状铁素体X70管线钢的开发和生产，已较好地掌握了现代管线钢的微合金化成分设计、冶金工艺控制、生产质量保证关键技术。通过不断的优化、调整，已逐渐形成宝钢X系列管线钢板卷的成分、工艺体系和生产质量控制技术。产品实现更新换代，质量稳定，满足了国内外市场需求，先后在我国西气东输工程、印度输油管线、土耳其输气管线等一系列国内外重大长输管线工程中得到成功的应用。
