*真空燒結所需真空度10﹣1～10﹣3torr之間、一旦燒結完畢、及施予爐冷或其他氣體、作強制冷卻。
*燒結體的處理：施行熱均壓（HIP）者、HIP是為消滅超硬合金中的微孔目的。
*HIP壓力媒體、常用氬或氮氣、而使用2000°C與200MPa(2000氣壓）者、算是屬於高溫、高壓裝置的最高條件。

碳化鎢特性檢測法
*碳化鎢特性檢測工作為比重、HRA、抗折力、（彎曲強度或橫向破斷強度、簡稱TRS）、金相組織顯微鏡檢驗、全碳量儀。
常用測試法：
1.全碳量測定法（重量法CNS類號Z8104）
2.游離碳量測定法（重量法CNS類號Z8105）
3.金屬元素含量測定法→X射線螢光分析法（CNS類號Z8106）
4.孔隙率及游離碳測定法→金相法（ CNS類號Z8107）
5.顯微組織測定法→金相法（ CNS類號Z8108）
6.壓縮試驗法（ CNS類號Z8109）
7.橫向破斷強度試驗法（ CNS類號Z8110等多向CNS檢定法）
