３－１－４　ドリル加工されたセンタ穴の真円度（４－１－１、６－２－３i、７－２－１、８－１－３）

【技術内容】

円筒状加工物のセンタ穴は、外周面の加工や形状測定のための案内面として用いられる。このセンタ穴の形状は、センタの形状とともに、加工物の回転精度に影響し、したがって加工精度や測定精度に影響する。

加工物はSUJ2生材を旋削加工したものである。旋盤により２種の加工法を用いてセンタ穴を加工した。一つは、加工物を三爪連動チャッ クで支持し、心押台に取り付けたセンタ穴ドリルで加工する方法（チャック支持法）である。この場合、加工面にポンチ穴などの下穴加工は施していない。いま 一つは、加工物の一端を主軸台センタで支持し、他端をドリル自身で支持して加工する方法（センタ支持法）である。この場合は加工に先立って両端面に直径、 深さともに２mmの下穴をドリル加工しておく。加工条件を図１に示す。ドリルの送りは手動である。

加工したセン タ穴に対して、測定した３本の真円度曲線の平均をとり、フーリェ分析した。両支持法について、センタ穴径のグループ別に平 均した振幅スペクトルを図２に示す。両支持法を比べると、どちらの場合も３、５、７山などの成分が相対的に大きいが、センタ支持法の方がその傾向は顕著 で、しかもそれらの振幅の値が大きい。また、センタの穴径の大きい方がこの傾向が顕著である。
