1、 升级IE6.0
2、 安装PowerMILL4.5(如果光盘不自动运行，可执行光盘内安装文件setupnt.bat)，先不要重新启动
其中安装语言选项时可根据电脑操作系统参考以下对应表选择安装
Chinese（PRC）-CHN NT系统简体中文
China（Taiwan）-Taiwan NT系统繁体中文
Chinese-CHN 2000系统简体中文
Chinese-Taiwan 2000系统繁体中文
3、 在C:dcam下创建文件夹DelcamUtils
4、 创建环境变量：
右键单击“我的电脑”--属性--高级--环境变量--新建
变量名 home
变量值 c:dcamDelcamUtils
5、 创建powermillutils：
开始--程序--delcam--powermillutils--powermillutils4000--Setup Menu for Powermillutils
对出现的问题回答“yes”即可，软件会自动在目录“C:dcamDelcamUtils”内建立文件夹“pmill2”
6、 重新启动电脑
7、 安装PowerMILL实用程序（光盘DelcamUtils）：
a、复制文件夹pmill2到“C:dcamDelcamUtils”（覆盖原文件夹）
b、编辑文件user_menu（在C:dcamDelcamUtilspmill2目录下），将第四行 “...URL C:dcamproduct...”中的C改为软件安装盘符。
c、更改setupsheet的语言为中文:
先 将language.po（在目录D:DcamProductPowermillutils4000SysExec下）改名为 language_English.po，然后复制Language_（繁体）或Language_（简体）到D: DcamProductPowermillutils4000SysExec下，并改名为language.po（其中D为安装盘符）。
