中藥舖聯姻妙聯
江西兩家中藥舖聯姻，男姓龍，女姓陳。
有一熟稔男女兩家的落第書生，雖想說家中沒錢，但不去赴宴，又說不過去。只好
硬著頭皮前去觀禮。看著他人所送的賀禮，實在不好意思，想說就此拜別；
但雙方的家長衝著交情，硬是要這書生留下合宴。
耳熱酒酣之際，家長就說話了：「即然你有讀過書，寫幅聯就當賀禮好了！」
書生一聽，就說：「即然都是開藥舖的，那就用兩家姓、藥引、藥性出對好了。」
可是，書生寫了對聯、橫批後，結果是哄堂大笑！鬧著新人趕快入洞房——
上聯：陳皮兩片，去痰消腫既解渴；
下聯：龍骨一根，退燒止癢又生津。
橫批：進出得宜。
