标准砂轮组

基本流程设置

使用砂轮:

砂轮编号及种类

1 : 1A1 90° 平砂轮 O 125mm
2 : 11V9 70° 碗型砂轮 O 75mm ( 尖点须修1个90°平面1mm )
3 : 12V9 45° 碗型砂轮 O 125mm
4 : 11V9 70° 碗型砂轮 O 90mm ( 尖点须修1个90°平面1mm )

刀具造型选择

grind 开始研磨 probe 开始探测
probe & grind 开始探测并研磨 Flute simulation 2D剖沟模拟

1. 刀具参数设置

Number of flutes(刃数)：4(依所需刃数填入)
Center cutting(长刃刃数)：2(依所需刃数填入)
Division(分度方式)：Constant(均分)，Probe(探针探测)，Data(文件设置)
Periph type(外径研磨方式)：Type 4造型1(研磨方式选择请参考附注)
Core(心厚计算方式)：Flute depth(刀槽深度)
Geometry(刀型)：Standard标准型，Corner break导角，Corner radius圆鼻刀

Types: 当R/T沟深小于0.1~0.8请选择type0.当R/T沟深小于0.1请选择type1.当R/T沟深大于0.6~1.2请选择type2当R/T沟深大于0.4请选择type678.
R:圆弧角T:开槽深度

Diameter(刀具直径)： mm
Length of cutting edge A(刃长)： mm
Checking length(挟持长度) --- 1~200mm(此为预设值,在研磨前探针慧探测真正长度并修改数值)
Position CC edge : 再研磨旋转角度
Total infeed(总进刀量)：一般只会将X设置0.01mm或0.09mm，是因为怕端面不够平。
